Holy Monastery of Panagia Pelekiti
The Holy Monastery of Panagia Pelekiti, imposing post-Byzantine monument, built atop a steep and high snippy (1400 m) of Pindus, one kilometer northwest of the village Karitsa. Resembles literally hanging over the world, and below it lie panoramic scenery unequaled beauty and variety, culminating in the picturesque Lake Plastiras. Holy Trinity Monastery
